No. Pricing scales with the number of furnaces and vents. A single-furnace home with about 8 to 12 vents is closest to the promo; two-furnace homes, three-zone systems, and 14+ vent homes are priced higher. We do this so a small Payson condo isn't subsidizing a large home — and so you're not surprised at the door.
